How to use our Mushroom Toppings
Open the pouch at the small incision on top. Simply tear open the pouch and pour the desired portion of mushrooms.
The mushrooms are pre-cooked so they can be used without heating. If you prefer the toppings warm they are very easy to heat. Just heat briefly au bain marie, in a saucepan or microwave (unpacked!) Do not boil.
The pouches can be stored in an ambient environment (10 °C - 32 °C) up to 18 months.
After opening, use within 4 hours (ambient) or keep refrigerated for 2 days (max 7 °C).
