How to use our Ecopouch™ Mushrooms


After making a small incision on the side of the pouch, you can simply tear open the pouch and pour the desired portion of mushrooms. (Use a strainer to seperate the mushrooms and juice.) 


Ecopouch mushrooms are pre-sliced and pre-cooked. You can use them immediately in cold applications, or just heat them shortly for delicious warm applications.


And something else: the juice released during processing provides a 100% natural umami base for delicious soups, stocks and sauces.


Compared to fresh mushrooms, Ecopouches do not need to be kept refrigerated. Our Ecopouches can be stored in an ambient environment up to 2 years.


After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
