How to use our sous vide mushroom toppings
After making a small incision on the side of the pouch, you can simply tear open the pouch and pour the desired portion.
Our mushroom toppings are ready to use and can be enjoyed straight from the pouch in cold applications or shortly heated for warm dishes.
If you prefer them warm, simply heat briefly au bain-marie, in a sauce pan or in the microwave.
Up to 18 months shelf life in an ambient environment which saves costs and valuable space in your chiller.
Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 3 days.
