How to be a Blenditarian?
Flip the protein of meat for that of mushrooms. This can be done in many dishes, such as burgers, tacos, meatloaf, lasagna, pasta sauce and meatballs. The mushrooms just have to be chopped until they have the consistency of ground meat. Sauté the mushrooms – and mix them with the ground meat. Go on with cooking until you have finished your dish.
